We are rental investors cum property managers. Zenn was made to provide an easy and living solution, So while selecting any property we always keep our customer perspective in mind and proceed ahead with it After extensive market research, we select the areas, the societies, and the properties that we want to invest in and partner with relevant stakeholders for the same. Zenn invests in the rental of properties ranging over 2-5 years depending on multiple factors.
We take up a property, invest in the rentals, and renovate it to enhance customers living experience, and then rent out. We at Zenn always ensure that the property owner gets his rents without fail during the whole period.
We put our skin into the game as well, we invest into the rents from our end and not from the tenant only. Apart from the owner, we too invest into making the property a to the standard of Zenn, so that tenants get the best experience possible and have a Zenn Living .
